Let's talk about health, baby! Let's talk about you and me... Ok Ok i'm done with that, I promise :)
But seriously, your health is definitely something to talk about when you are considering your personal growth journey. How you feel physically determines a lot of how you feel mentally. And If you don't physically feel well, how can you expect to have the mental and emotional clarity to make the necessary changes in your life to grow?
Personally, I'm a big believer in the connection between the mind, body and soul, and if one of those areas is not being cared for in your life, then the others tend to suffer the consequences of that. Therefore, it's very important to care for our bodies in order to give us the best shot at personal growth, balance and happiness.
So here's your challenge for today: Do something that is good for your body.
Whether that is taking a walk in nature, eating a healthy meal, or doing some morning stretches, just taking that step today can help to further your journey.
